Born on the 21st of September, 1992, in the heart of Nepal, Jugal Chaudhary emerged from a land better known for its mountains than its cricket fields. Yet, from the narrow streets of Kathmandu, he flourished into one of the finest batsmen Nepal has ever produced. His journey to the professional field is a testament to sheer perseverance and dedication, building a career brick by brick from a grassroots level to the international stage.

Jugal's love affair with cricket began in his childhood, brandishing a bat at an age when most were merely beginning to differentiate between a drive and a defence. He was a natural right-hand batsman, displaying early signs of a prodigious talent. His swift rise through club cricket soon caught the attention of national selectors. By his late teens, Jugal had already mesmerised spectators with his elegant stroke play and robust technique.

He made his professional debut for Nepal in an ODI against Singapore in 2011. From the outset, Jugal displayed a knack for delivering performances when it mattered most.
