Pedro Collins

Born on 12th August 1976, Pedro Collins emerged from the cricket-loving island of Barbados, where the game is more religion than pastime. Growing up in a nation producing legends like Sir Garfield Sobers and Joel Garner, young Collins was inevitably drawn to the sport. Blades of grass in local parks bore witness to his burgeoning talent for swinging a cricket ball with his left-arm-fast-medium style, a skill that would soon become his trademark on the international stage.
