Welcome to Ammanford CC

Welcome to Ammanford Cricket Club, or as we say in Welsh, “Croeso i Glwb Criced Rhydaman!” We are a diverse and inclusive club that welcomes players of all ages and abilities to join our cricket community.

At Ammanford Cricket Club, we have a wide range of teams and opportunities for both senior and junior players. For our senior players, we currently run three Saturday teams and a midweek team. Our First Team competes in the prestigious ‘South Wales Premier Cricket League: Division 1’, while our Second Team plays in the highly competitive ‘South Wales Premier Cricket League: 2nd XI West Division’. We also have a Third Team that competes in the ‘South Wales Cricket Association: Division 6’. Additionally, we have a dedicated midweek team that plays in the ‘All Wales Sport Midweek League’ on Wednesday evenings.

For our juniors, we have a vibrant and comprehensive junior section. Our age groups range from the fun-filled All-Stars Cricket program for the youngsters to the Under 19’s category. We provide quality coaching and development opportunities for our junior players, aiming to nurture their passion for cricket and help them reach their full potential.

Senior practice sessions are held at the Park every Tuesday evening at 6pm throughout the summer months. It is a great opportunity for players to polish their skills, bond with their teammates, and enjoy the beautiful game of cricket amidst the picturesque surroundings.

We are always eager to welcome new players, volunteers, and sponsors to our club.
