Welcome to Ashbourne Cricket Club, a vibrant and welcoming community where cricket lovers of all ages and abilities can come together to enjoy the sport. Nestled in the heart of Derbyshire, our picturesque ground at The Recreation Ground provides the perfect setting for competitive and social cricket.

At Ashbourne CC, we pride ourselves on being inclusive and open to players of all levels. Whether you are a seasoned cricketer or new to the game, there is a place for you in our club. We actively encourage new players to join, so don’t hesitate to get in touch and be a part of our fantastic team.

Our club boasts a range of teams catering to different age groups and genders. For the adults, we have three teams competing in the prestigious Derbyshire County Cricket League, providing opportunities to test your skills against other seasoned players in the region. Additionally, we have a Women’s Softball team, promoting gender equality and empowering female cricketers on the field.

For our younger members, we have junior teams starting from Under 9’s and upwards. These teams participate in either the Notts & Derby Border Youth League or the Derby & District Youth League, offering a nurturing and competitive environment for young players to develop their cricket skills. We are also fortunate to be an ECB All Stars & Dynamos centre, introducing children from as young as 5 years old to the joys of cricket in a fun and engaging manner.
