For those looking to sharpen their skills during winter, we have organized training sessions at Carnforth High School. Our senior hardball training sessions will take place on the 29th of January, 12th and 19th of February, 26th of February, 12th and 19th of March, from 8:00 to 9:00 pm. Additionally, there will be training sessions on the 5th of February and 5th of March, from 10:00 to 11:00 am, for those interested in senior hardball training.

We also have opportunities for women and girls to participate in our softball training sessions. These sessions will be held on the 3rd and 17th of February, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, and on the 5th and 19th of March, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.

As we move into April 2023, our regular training sessions will commence. Senior training will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. For women and girls, we have dedicated training sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
