Welcome to Cirencester CC
Welcome to Cirencester Cricket Club, a friendly, sociable, and inclusive club that welcomes cricket enthusiasts of all levels. Our club, founded in 1842, is situated in the picturesque Cirencester Park on The Bathurst Estate, providing a stunning backdrop for cricket matches.
With a range of facilities and dedicated support, we strive to make playing and watching cricket a truly enjoyable experience. We are proud to field five adult teams, including our 1st XI, who compete in Division 1 of the Gloucestershire County League. Our 3rd XI and 4th XI play in Division 1 and 2 of the CDCA Cain and Fuller Saturday League.
In addition to competitive play, we offer a full season of friendly Sunday and Midweek Senior XI Social Cricket, catering to players of all standards. Our junior program is equally impressive, with eight teams ranging from U7s to U19s, including two girls’ teams at U11 and U13. Our popular coaching sessions during the season are open to all juniors, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for young cricketers.
Cirencester Cricket Club is also proud to host the Cotswold hub for local girls, providing a dedicated space for them to train and develop alongside their peers while remaining connected to their parent club.
Our club boasts a picturesque pavilion, stocked bar, and the finest teas in the area, creating a warm and inviting social atmosphere. Whether you’re a player or a spectator, you’ll undoubtedly feel the special charm that makes cricket at Cirencester a remarkable experience.
