Welcome to Claverham (Yatton) Cricket Club! Established in 1905, we are a friendly and sociable club that prides itself on its inclusivity. We offer cricket opportunities for players of all ages and genders, making us a truly diverse and family-friendly club.

At Claverham Cricket Club, we have a range of teams available for players to join. Our two Saturday teams compete in the Bristol and District League, providing a competitive platform for those looking to challenge themselves. We also have a women’s team that participates in the Somerset Women’s League, offering female players the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete at a high level. Additionally, we have a midweek team that competes in the Weston & District league, ensuring that there are plenty of opportunities for our members to get involved in cricket throughout the week.

For our younger members, we have a fantastic junior section that caters to various age groups. Our mixed junior teams compete in local leagues, allowing children under the age of 11 to under 19 to develop their cricketing abilities and enjoy the thrill of competitive matches. We also have dedicated girls’ teams that participate in local matches and festivals, providing a supportive and empowering environment for girls who are passionate about cricket.

Training forms an essential part of our club’s ethos, and we offer regular sessions throughout the spring and summer seasons. Our senior team training takes place on Wednesdays, women’s team training on Mondays, mixed juniors on Tuesdays, and our All Stars, Dynamos, and girls softball training on Fridays. These training sessions are led by experienced coaches who are committed to developing the skills and talents of our players, ensuring that everyone can reach their full potential.
