Welcome to Codsall CC

Welcome to Codsall Cricket Club, a welcoming and inclusive club that has been a part of the South Staffordshire league since 1897. As we approach our 125th year in 2022, our club continues to grow and thrive.

We are proud to have three adult teams competing in the South Staffordshire league, providing opportunities for players of all skill levels to showcase their talent. In addition, we have seven junior teams spanning various age groups, including two female teams at the U13 and U15 level. At Codsall CC, we believe in fostering a love for cricket from an early age, which is why we offer the All Stars program for ages 5 to 8 and the Dynamos program for ages 8 to 11.

Our club is not just about competitive cricket; we also value the importance of friendly matches and a relaxed playing environment. We regularly organize friendly cricket games, mostly on Sundays, as well as midweek T20 fixtures for those who prefer a more casual approach to the sport.

One of the hallmarks of Codsall CC is our welcoming and supportive culture. We prioritize team spirit and ensure that all our members feel a sense of belonging. We have a dedicated coaching team who are ECB CRB verified and fully qualified, providing expert guidance and support for our junior players.

To further promote inclusivity, we created a Junior Girls team in 2020 called The Fireballs, who train on Thursday evenings. This initiative has been a great success and has further enhanced our diverse offering of cricket.

We are always delighted to welcome new members, regardless of age or ability.
