Welcome to Glynde & Beddingham Cricket Club, a welcoming, competitive, and ambitious club located in East Sussex. Nestled in a picturesque setting, our club provides a stunning ground with beautifully maintained pitches and some of the best facilities in the Sussex area.

One of our most notable features is our fantastic facilities and the warm, inclusive environment that we foster at Glynde & Beddingham CC. Our dedicated volunteer team works tirelessly throughout the year to maintain our grounds, ensuring excellent playing surfaces for all our teams. As a result, we have gained a reputation across Sussex for our top-notch facilities and are a sought-after destination for opposition teams. Furthermore, visitors to our club often rave about our famous Cricket teas, which are considered some of the best in Sussex.

Our adult teams participate in the Sussex Cricket League structure, showcasing our commitment to competitive cricket. Our 1st XI competes in Division 3 East, while our 2nd and 3rd XIs play in Divisions 7 East and 11 North East, respectively. Additionally, our 1st XI proudly represents the club in the esteemed National Village Cup, a tournament that we triumphantly won in 2009. This competition culminates in a thrilling final at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground. Moreover, our T20 team, The Peaky Glynders, showcases our club’s versatility by participating in the Sussex Slam, a midweek tournament held throughout the summer.

Our thriving Junior section is a source of great pride for the club. Holding ECB Clubmark status since 2008, we offer children of all ages and abilities a well-managed and safe space to enjoy the sport. With both boys’ and girls’ teams across various age groups, ranging from Under 9 to Under 16, we foster a supportive environment that encourages their development and love for cricket.
