Founded in 1894, Hunwick Cricket Club has a rich history and is located on the outskirts of Durham, providing a picturesque setting for matches and training sessions. At Hunwick CC, we have a strong focus on both senior and junior cricket. Our club is home to three senior teams – the 1st XI, 2nd XI, and 3rd XI – offering opportunities for players of varying skill levels and experiences. Our senior teams compete in the highly competitive North East Durham Cricket League, where the passion and intensity of the game are on full display.

For the younger generation, we offer a nurturing and inclusive environment for their cricketing development. With four junior teams – U9, U11, U13, and U15 – we ensure that children of all ages can learn and grow in their love for the game.
