Welcome to the Kimberley Institute Cricket Club, a distinguished cricket club that has been a prominent figure in Nottinghamshire since 1878. As a Clubmark accredited cricket club, we take pride in our commitment to providing high-quality cricket programs and creating a warm, inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities.

With a rich history and a strong tradition of success, Kimberley Institute CC has earned its reputation as one of the leading clubs in Nottinghamshire. Our first-class performance on the field is evident in our four Nottinghamshire Premier League championships, which we proudly won in 2000, 2015, 2019, and most recently, 2021.

On Saturdays, we field four senior sides, each competing in different leagues. Our prestigious 1st XI takes on the best teams in the Nottinghamshire Premier League, showcasing the exceptional talent and dedication of our players. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th XIs participate in the competitive South Nottinghamshire Cricket League, providing opportunities for players at various skill levels to showcase their abilities and contribute to the team's success. Additionally, we have a senior Sunday side that competes in the Newark Club Cricket Alliance.

In recent years, we have expanded our club to include a women's softball section, demonstrating our commitment to promoting gender equality in cricket. This flourishing section offers a fantastic opportunity for women to engage in a fun and inclusive cricket environment, further enriching the spirit of our club.

At Kimberley Institute CC, we embrace the development of young cricketing talent with our flourishing youth section. We provide opportunities for boys and girls aged 5 to 19 to develop their skills and passion for the sport through participation in the Nottinghamshire Youth Cricket League. Our dedicated coaches and volunteers work tirelessly to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of our young cricketers.
