Welcome to Langley Park & Bearpark CC
At Langley Park and Bearpark Cricket Club, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, sociable and inclusive sports club. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, we welcome everyone to join us and be part of our cricketing family.
Located in the picturesque village of Bearpark, our club is deeply rooted in the local community. We believe that cricket is not just a sport, but a way to bring people together and create lasting friendships. Our aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for players of all ages and abilities.
With two seniors squads, we cater to both experienced players and those looking to develop their skills. Our senior teams compete in the North East Durham Cricket League, offering a competitive and exciting opportunity to showcase your talent on the field.
But we don’t stop at seniors; our club also boasts a range of youth teams, including U18, U15, U13, U11, U9, U9 (festival), and girls teams. We strongly believe in nurturing young talent and providing opportunities for them to grow and flourish in the game.
Being part of Langley Park and Bearpark Cricket Club is not only about playing cricket; it’s about building relationships and enjoying the camaraderie that comes with being part of a team. We organize regular social events throughout the season, including barbecues, quiz nights, and fundraising activities, where players and their families can come together off the field and create lasting memories.
If you’re thinking of joining our club, we encourage you to get in touch with us today. You can find our contact details on our website, where you can also find more information about our club, fixtures, and upcoming events.
So, whether you’re a cricket enthusiast or just looking for a new sport to try, come and join us at Langley Park and Bearpark Cricket Club. We promise you a warm welcome and a fantastic cricketing experience. Let’s play ball together!
