Welcome to Lutonian CC

At Lutonian CCA, we pride ourselves on being a club for the people and the community. We believe in bringing together individuals from all backgrounds and skill levels to enjoy the great sport of cricket. With a rich history dating back to 1903, we have evolved and grown from a works recreation section to a club of true champions.

Our journey has seen us face challenges and make difficult decisions, but our determination to provide the best for our members and the community has always remained at the forefront. When faced with the lack of facilities in Luton, we made the bold move to Toddington Manor, where we experienced a successful decade with numerous league titles. The next chapter unfolded when we changed our name from Vauxhall Motors to Lutonian Cricket Club in 2009, symbolizing our commitment to our beloved city.

In 2011, the rising costs forced us to relocate to Knebworth Park in Hertfordshire. Though we gained some new members, we felt the distance was hindering our ability to engage with our community. It was then that the acquisition of Lower Wardown Park became a beacon of hope. In 2013, our long-distance dream finally came true as we moved to Lower Wardown Park, much to the delight of both our members and the people of Luton.

Thanks to the expertise of Steve Waterhouse and Sam Parkar, we were able to secure these fantastic facilities at Lower Wardown Park, Toddington Manor, and Knebworth Park. We are immensely grateful for their efforts in making our visions a reality.

Currently, we boast two Saturday teams, three Sunday teams, four Colts age groups, and a Girls team that ignited in 2020. The addition of Mobile Covers in 2021 further improved our playing conditions, allowing us to host a wider range of matches and events.
