Welcome to Morecambe Cricket Club, the oldest sporting club in town, established in 1889. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, sociable, and inclusive club, open to all cricket enthusiasts. Whether you’re an experienced player or a beginner looking to learn the sport, we have a place for you.

At Morecambe CC, we have a strong presence in competitive league cricket, with four senior teams competing in various divisions. Our 1st XI plays in the prestigious Moore & Smalley Palace Shield Premier Division, while our 2nd XI competes in Division 1B of the Moore and Smalley Palace Shield. Additionally, we have 3rd and 4th XI teams participating in the Westmorland League. Our teams practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

We also have a robust junior program with teams ranging from Under 9 (softball) to Under 19, allowing youngsters to develop their skills and passion for the game. These junior teams practice on Friday evenings, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for young cricketers.
