Welcome to Old Basing Cricket Club (OBCC), a vibrant and inclusive club that provides opportunities for cricket enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. With a rich history and a strong presence in the local cricket community, OBCC is the perfect place to experience the joys of the sport.

At OBCC, we pride ourselves on our extensive senior and junior teams. With six senior teams, including four sides in the Hampshire Cricket League (HCL), one team in the North Hampshire Cricket Association (NHCA) Evening League, and one Sunday Friendly team, there is a place for every player to showcase their skills and enjoy competitive cricket.

Our 1st XI plays in the prestigious HCL Division 1, offering players an opportunity to compete against some of the best talent in the region. Meanwhile, our 2nd and 3rd XIs compete in HCL Divisions 3 North and 5 North East respectively, allowing players to progress and develop their skills in a supportive team environment. Similarly, our Midweek XI endeavors in the NHCA Division 1 Evening League, providing a unique opportunity for players who prefer a midweek cricket experience.

For young cricketers, OBCC boasts a thriving colts program. We offer a comprehensive range of teams for boys and girls aged 7 to 15, ensuring that our junior players receive the best coaching and a chance to participate in competitive matches. Our dedicated Colts section runs league teams at Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, and Under 15 levels, allowing our young talent to flourish within a structured and nurturing environment.

Additionally, OBCC proudly hosts Girls Cricket for girls aged 7 to 12 years. Our aim is to encourage more young girls to pick up a bat and ball, providing them with a platform to develop their skills, build teamwork, and foster lifelong friendships.
