Welcome to Old Catton CC
At Old Catton CC, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, sociable, and inclusive cricket club. Whether you are an experienced player, a beginner, or simply looking to get involved in the sport, we welcome you to join our close-knit community.
With two senior Saturday sides, our club offers opportunities for players of all skill levels. Our 1st XI competes in the highly competitive Norfolk Cricket League Division 1 East, showcasing our dedication to the sport and commitment to excellence. Our ‘A’ XI team, on the other hand, competes in the Norfolk Cricket League Division 3 East, providing a platform for players to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
For those seeking a more relaxed cricket experience, we also have a Sunday side that participates in friendly matches. These games are played in a laid-back atmosphere, allowing players to enjoy the sport without the pressure of league competition.
If you are a young player or have a child interested in cricket, our Junior ‘Dynamos’ section is the perfect place to start. We offer comprehensive training sessions and have junior league sides where young talents can showcase their skills and nurture their passion for the game. Our dedicated coaches are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our junior players, ensuring their development and growth in the sport.
All our home games for the 1st XI, 2nd XI, and Sunday team are held at the picturesque Old Catton Recreation ground. Situated amidst beautiful surroundings, our ground provides a serene setting for players and spectators alike, creating an enjoyable atmosphere to watch and play cricket.
Whether you are looking to enhance your skills, meet new people, or simply enjoy the thrill of the game, Old Catton CC has something to offer everyone. Come and be a part of our cricketing family today! Get in touch with us to find out more about joining our club and becoming a valued member of the Old Catton CC community.
