Welcome to Ottery St Mary CC
Welcome to Ottery St Mary CC, a friendly, sociable, and inclusive cricket club located in the stunning rolling hills of East Devon. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Ottery St. Mary, our club offers a fantastic cricketing experience for both players and enthusiasts alike.
At Ottery St Mary CC, we field two senior teams in the highly competitive Devon Cricket League. Our first team competes in the C (East) Division, while our second team plays in the E (East) Division. Our dedicated Sunday team engages in friendly matches, with additional midweek touring and evening games. To add to the excitement, our T20 team regularly showcases their skills on Wednesday evenings.
Emphasizing the importance of youth development, our club boasts a thriving Junior Section. We offer coaching for juniors aged 5 years and upwards, with teams at Under 10 (Hardball and softball), 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 levels who proudly participate in the East Devon Youth League. Continuing our commitment to promoting inclusivity in cricket, Ottery St Mary CC also hosts Women’s and Girls cricket, providing a platform for female players to shine.
During the winter months, our club stays active by running an indoor team that competes in the Sidmouth (LED) Indoor Cricket League. From January to April, we conduct team training and nets before transitioning into outdoor weekly training sessions.
