Welcome to Rainham CC

Welcome to Rainham Cricket Club! We are a friendly and inclusive cricket club located on the border of London and Essex. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, we have something for everyone.

Our senior section boasts an impressive seven sides, playing both league and friendly cricket. We have five Saturday XIs, with our 1st XI competing in the HFEL Essex League Division 3. Our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th XIs compete in the T-Rippon Mid-Essex League divisions 3, 5, and 8 respectively. We also have a development 5th XI, offering a chance for players to improve their skills in a relaxed setting. Additionally, we participate in the Essex Sunday League and take part in various T20 competitions throughout the summer.

For our younger players, we have a vibrant youth section catering to ages 5-19. We have teams from U-9 up to U-19, with our 11s, 13s, and 15s competing in the Havering League. Our U-12, 14, and 16s teams take part in regional cup competitions, and our U-19s compete in an exciting T20 cup competition each year. Our team of ECB-qualified coaches provide year-round training sessions, with outdoor training at Spring Farm Park from April to September and indoor nets at the Harris Academy Ockendon throughout the winter.

As a club, we have made significant investments in our facilities over the past decade. We have improved our playing surfaces, enhanced the matchday experience, and upgraded our clubhouse and training equipment. We take pride in offering a welcoming and comfortable environment for players and spectators alike.
