As one of the oldest cricket clubs in the region, we have built a solid reputation for our commitment to the sport and our welcoming and inclusive community.

Located at The Recreation Ground in Therfield village, Royston Cricket Club is affiliated to the Cambridgeshire Cricket Board, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of cricketing practices and values. Our facilities are well-maintained, offering a picturesque setting for cricket matches and events.

We currently field three adult Saturday sides that compete in the prestigious Cambridgeshire Cricket Association leagues. Our teams have a proud track record of success, thanks to the talented players and the rigorous training programs we offer. Additionally, our junior section is flourishing, with teams at various age groups participating in the Cambridgeshire Youth Cricket Association leagues. From the U9s to the U15s, we provide a nurturing environment for young cricketers to thrive and develop their passion for the sport.

As part of our commitment to introducing cricket to the wider community, we are proud participants in the ECB-endorsed All Stars and Dynamos schemes. These initiatives are specifically designed to engage and inspire children aged 5-8, enabling them to take their first steps into the world of cricket.
