Welcome to Sissinghurst CC
Welcome to Sissinghurst Cricket Club, a thriving and inclusive club that is deeply rooted in the village community. We are proud to play our matches at one of the most picturesque and well-maintained cricket grounds in the Weald of Kent.
If you are interested in becoming a member, we warmly welcome new players of all ages and abilities. To join the club, simply email us at email@example.com, and for any junior inquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We promise to respond promptly and provide you with all the necessary information.
At Sissinghurst Cricket Club, we have two competitive Saturday XIs that participate in the prestigious Kent County Village League. Our 1st XI plays in the top division, showcasing the highest standard of cricket in the area. We also have a Sunday XI, which encourages players of all ages to join and enjoy the sport, regardless of their level of experience.
We take great pride in our thriving junior section, catering to aspiring cricketers aged 4-16. Our passionate and experienced coaches work tirelessly to develop their skills, and many of our young members have gone on to represent the club at district and county levels for both boys and girls. As they grow older, several of our juniors have seamlessly transitioned into the adult leagues, making valuable contributions to both the 1st and 2nd XIs.
As a member of Sissinghurst Cricket Club, you not only get to experience the joy of playing cricket in a supportive environment, but you also become a part of our close-knit community. Off the field, we organize various social events throughout the year, fostering friendship and camaraderie among our members.
