Welcome to Spelthorne Sports Cricket Club (SSCC), a place where friendship, inclusivity, and sporting excellence thrive. We are proud to be part of the larger Spelthorne Sports Club, which offers a variety of sports and recreational activities such as football, darts, and even pigeon racing. Located on the Staines Road West, bordering Ashford and Sunbury-on-Thames, our club provides an ideal setting for cricket enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.

At SSCC, we prioritize participation and ensure that both our junior and senior players have ample opportunities to develop their skills and enjoy the game. Our senior side competes in friendly matches on Sundays, embracing the values of fair play and friendly competition. Our aim is for everyone, regardless of their level of experience, to have an enjoyable and fulfilling cricketing experience.

For budding young cricketers aged 7 and over, we offer a thriving junior section. Led by two ECB Level 2 qualified coaches, our juniors get the chance to participate in both Softball and Hardball teams. The teams compete in the prestigious Surrey Junior Cricket Championship, providing a platform for growth and development. Additionally, SSCC was one of the pioneering clubs to introduce Dynamos Cricket in 2021, further enhancing our commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the sport. Both male and female players, beginners or seasoned cricketers, are welcome to join our vibrant junior cricket community.

Our club subscriptions are incredibly affordable, with an annual fee of just £65. This includes a family membership to the Sports Club, offering access to a range of amenities and social activities. We believe that cricket should be accessible to everyone, and our low fees ensure excellent value for money.
