Welcome to St Andrews Cricket Club, a friendly, sociable, and inclusive club located in Postwick, just a few miles east of Norwich city center. With a rich history spanning over 130 years, we are one of the county's oldest existing continuous cricket clubs, with our formation date recognized as 1886.

Our Saturday X1 competes in the Norfolk Cricket League, and we have experienced divisional success on five occasions, most recently in 2018. As one of the founding members of the Norfolk Friendly Alliance, we offer a full program of competitive yet friendly matches for our Sunday X1 from April to August each year.

Playing, scoring, or even umpiring for the Saints is always a warm welcome, and we encourage anyone interested to get in touch with us. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, we welcome all skill levels and are committed to providing an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the game.

Throughout our history, our club had a close connection with St Andrews Hospital, initially earning us the nickname "The Hospitalians." The hospital played a significant role in our club's development, with over 2,000 cricket matches played on our now iconic ground at St Andrews. Notably, we had the honor of hosting three future England test players, Gilbert Jessop, Bill Edrich, and John Edrich, who graced the sward at Thorpe.

Although we had to leave the St Andrews ground in 1987, our club continued to grow and thrive. We played most of our games in Little Plumstead until 2004 when we made a triumphant return to Thorpe, playing at Dussindale Park until 2018.
