Welcome to Willoughby CC, a cricket club with a rich history dating back to 1901. We are located near the Warwickshire/Northamptonshire border, between Rugby and Daventry. Throughout the cricket season, from April to the end of September, we offer cricket opportunities for all ages and skill levels.

On Saturday afternoons, we have two teams competing in the Northamptonshire Cricket League (NCL), in Divisions 6 and 12. This provides a chance for players of varying abilities to showcase their skills and compete against other cricket clubs in the area. Additionally, on Wednesday evenings, we have two teams participating in the Rugby and District Cricket League (RDCL), in Divisions 1 and 2. These midweek matches offer a different atmosphere and allow players to enjoy cricket in a more relaxed setting.

For those seeking a friendly and social cricket experience, our Sunday friendly XI provides a great opportunity to enjoy the sport in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We also have a Ladies Tip and Run team, offering women the chance to play cricket on Monday evenings.

At Willoughby CC, we prioritize the development of young cricketers. Our comprehensive youth program caters to boys and girls aged five to 16. Every Sunday morning, our ECB-qualified coaches organize coaching and game sessions for the hard ball teams. This ensures that young players receive the necessary guidance and support to enhance their cricketing abilities. We are proud to run the ECB All Stars Cricket program, focusing on children aged 5-8, as well as the new ECB Dynamos Cricket program for 8-11 year olds. These sessions, held on Friday evenings, are designed to introduce beginners to the sport with various skill activities and game sessions.
