Welcome to Wirksworth & Middleton Cricket Club, where we pride ourselves on being a friendly, sociable, and inclusive club. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete beginner, we have something to offer everyone who has a love for cricket.

As a member of our club, you’ll have access to a wide range of cricket opportunities. We have three teams that compete in the prestigious Derbyshire County Cricket League, providing a competitive platform for those seeking a challenge. Additionally, we have a Sunday side that participates in the Mansfield Sunday League, perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.

Our youth teams cater to girls and boys of all ages, from the enthusiastic little ones in kwik cricket to the aspiring talents in the under-19s division. We believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the sport. For our youngest members aged 5-8, we offer the All Stars cricket program, designed to introduce them to the joys of the game in a fun and inclusive manner. Furthermore, our Dynamos program focuses on developing the skills of 8-11 year-olds, ensuring they have a solid foundation to build upon.

But we don’t stop there. We also recognize the growing interest in women’s cricket. That’s why we are proud to offer women’s softball cricket, allowing ladies of all backgrounds and abilities to get involved in the sport and have a great time.
