Bashar Khan emerged onto the cricketing scene as a prodigious talent from Karachi, born on 1st April 1993. Introduced to cricket by his elder brother in the narrow alleys of his neighbourhood, Bashar's journey from a spirited, cricket-loving child to a professional cricketer is a testament to his dedication and love for the game. He quickly made a mark at the junior levels with his natural flair and raw pace, earning a spot in the national under-19 team where he showcased his potential as a left-arm fast-medium bowler, possessing a knack for troubling batsmen with his subtle swing and deceptive bounce.

Bashar’s professional debut came in 2014 when he was called up for the domestic circuit, representing Sindh in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
