Ian Leslie Pont is a former cricketer from England who was born on May 3, 1968.
He was a right-arm fast-medium bowler and right-handed batsman who played for Northamptonshire County Cricket Club.
Pont made his first-class debut in 1990 and went on to play 99 first-class matches, taking 344 wickets at an average of 28.28.
He also played 67 List A matches, picking up 89 wickets.
Pont was known for his accurate bowling and ability to swing the ball both ways.
