Imran Joseph, born on the 1st of January 2000, in the bustling cricket-crazed streets of Mumbai, India, discovered his passion for cricket at a tender age. His cricketing journey began in the crowded chawls of his neighbourhood, where he would improvise little cricket matches with his childhood friends. Even then, his talent shone brightly in the makeshift alleyways, impressing everyone with his natural ability to find bounce and movement off any surface.

His prodigious talent did not escape the watchful eyes of local coaches, and he was soon inducted into the city's junior cricket circuits.
