Jinal Patel, an allrounder par excellence, was born on 1st January 2001 in the bustling city of Surat, India. From a young age, it was evident Jinal had an innate love for cricket. Unlike many of his peers who were content catching the IPL matches on television, Jinal was out on the dusty grounds of Surat, emulating his heroes with eyes full of hope and dreams bigger than the expansive skies.

Jinal’s cricketing journey had its humble beginnings on local grounds, where his tenacity and raw talent caught the eye of local coaches.
