Born on 8th March 1998 in the sun-drenched lands of Portugal, Miguel Stoman's entry into the cricketing world might have seemed almost serendipitous. In a country where football reigns supreme, young Miguel found himself drawn to the crack of bat on ball, a fascination moulded during a summer holiday in England where cricketing cultures intertwine with English summers. From an early age, Miguel showed a unique aptitude for batting, often practising alone on cobblestones, mimicking the techniques he admired in televised matches.

Miguel's professional journey began with local clubs in Lisbon, carving out a reputation with his fluid right-handed batting style. His penchant for fast, graceful strokes made him a standout talent.
