Prithvi Pankaj Shaw, born on November 9, 1999, in Thane, Maharashtra, is a talented cricketer hailing from India.
Known for his attacking batting style and impressive skills, Shaw has made significant strides in his cricket career at a young age.

Shaw gained recognition early on when he played a remarkable innings during the Harris Shield tournament in Mumbai in 2013.
At the tender age of 14, he scored a breathtaking 546 runs off just 330 balls, which included an astonishing 85 fours and five sixes.
This outstanding performance made him the talk of the cricketing circuit, and his innings became the highest score in school cricket at the time.

In 2016, Shaw was selected for the India Under-19 team to participate in the youth Asia Cup held in Sri Lanka.
He showcased his talent and played a crucial part in his team's victory.
Soon after, Shaw made his debut in the Ranji Trophy for Mumbai in the semi-final against Tamil Nadu.
He scored a magnificent century in the second innings, leading his team to victory.

Continuing his streak of achievements, Shaw made history in September 2017 by becoming the youngest player to score a century on his Duleep Trophy debut, surpassing the previous record set by cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
His impressive performances earned him the captaincy of the Under-19 World Cup squad, where he led his team to victory.
Additionally, Shaw was auctioned for a whopping INR 1.2 crore (approximately USD 187,500) to the Delhi Daredevils in the 2018 IPL auction.

Shaw's breakthrough into international cricket happened in 2018.
Ricky Ponting, the head coach of the Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals), was impressed by Shaw's fearless batting against the new ball during the IPL and believed he had immense potential.
His strong performances for India A further solidified his position as a promising talent.

In November 2018, Shaw finally made his long-awaited Test debut for India against the West Indies in Rajkot.
Notably, he became the youngest Indian cricketer to score a century on his Test debut, marking his entry into international cricket.
At just 18 years old, Shaw's achievement was truly remarkable, and he became the second-youngest Test centurion for India after his idol, Sachin Tendulkar.
