Born on the first day of the new millennium in Rajkot, Rajdeep Darbar grew up with a passion for cricket deeply embedded in his veins. From a young age, Rajdeep could be found practising his wicketkeeping skills in the narrow lanes of his neighbourhood, often standing out with his quick reflexes and nimble footwork. Enthusiastically encouraged by his father, a devoted cricket aficionado, he joined a local cricket academy where his flair behind the stumps quickly caught coaches' attention.

Rajdeep's cricketing journey took a significant leap when he debuted for Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy at just 18. His performances were steady, and his wicketkeeping was marked by efficiency and composure. However, it was his adaptable batting approach that truly began to turn heads.
