Waqar Bhatti

His school playground was soon swapped for more formal setups, earning him spots in age-group cricket and eventually domestic cricket for his home side. It was with the Lahore Lions that he caught the selectors' eye, dazzling with both bat and ball. Waqar's professional debut came at the tender age of 20, an event marked by infectious enthusiasm and a remarkable all-round performance that firmly cemented his spot in the team.

Waqar Bhatti carved out a niche as a dependable middle-order batsman and an incisive right-arm fast-medium bowler.
