Anrich Arno Nortje is a well-renowned cricket player hailing from South Africa. Born on November 16, 1993, in the town of Uitenhage, Nortje has emerged as an exciting fast bowler who consistently delivers at impressive speeds. Growing up in Uitenhage, Nortje was exposed to the world of speed due to the presence of the largest Volkswagen factory on the African continent in his hometown. Having received his education at Brandwag High, Nortje took his passion for cricket to the next level by studying financial planning at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Unfortunately, his brilliant streak was cut short by an ankle injury, necessitating surgery.
Undeterred by setbacks, Nortje made a successful recovery in early 2019 and seized the opportunity to make his One Day International debut against Sri Lanka in March of that year.
