Mohammad Asif Iqbal is a former Pakistani cricketer who represented his country in both Test and ODI formats. Born on June 6, 1943 in Hyderabad, India, Iqbal was known for his versatile skills as an all-rounder, excelling with both bat and ball. He played 58 Test matches, scoring over 3,000 runs and taking 53 wickets. In ODIs, he played 10 matches, scoring 365 runs and taking 9 wickets. Iqbal was also the captain of the Pakistan national team for a period of time. He will be remembered as one of the greatest cricketers to have represented Pakistan.
