Milind Dattareya Rege is a retired Indian cricketer known for his all-round skills as a right-arm medium bowler and right-hand batsman. He played domestic cricket for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy and Duleep Trophy tournaments. Rege made his first-class debut in 1964 and went on to play 40 matches, scoring over 1,000 runs and taking 123 wickets. He was known for his accurate bowling and handy contributions with the bat lower down the order. Rege’s consistent performances earned him a reputation as a reliable player for Mumbai. After retiring from cricket, he has remained involved in the sport as a coach and commentator.
