Parag Kumar Das is a former Indian cricketer who represented Assam in domestic cricket. He was a right-arm medium-fast bowler and a right-handed batsman. Das made his first-class debut in 1981 and played for Assam until 1990. During his career, he took 127 wickets in 45 first-class matches at an average of 28.54. Known for his ability to swing the ball both ways, Das was a key player for Assam in the domestic circuit. After retiring from cricket, he has been involved in coaching and mentoring young cricketers in his community.
