Tariq Alam bio

Tariq Alam is a former Pakistani cricketer who played as an all-rounder for Pakistan between 1999 and 2003. He was known for his aggressive batting style and useful medium pace bowling. Alam made his international debut in 1999 against Sri Lanka and went on to play a total of 27 One Day Internationals for Pakistan, scoring 361 runs and taking 18 wickets. He was also a part of Pakistan’s squad for the 1999 Cricket World Cup. After retiring from international cricket, Alam has been involved in coaching and mentoring young cricketers in Pakistan.
