George Munsey

George Munsey, known as the reverse-sweeping demon of the Associate world, was born and raised in Oxford with dreams of becoming a professional golfer.
However, fate would take him on a different path, leading him to become one of Scotland's finest cricket players.

At the age of 13, Munsey received a golf scholarship to the Loretto School, located just outside Edinburgh.
Little did he know that this decision would change the course of his life.
While at the school, Munsey began captaining the cricket team, and it was during this time that he discovered his passion for the team environment that the sport offered.

After graduating from Loretto School, Munsey made the decision to stay in Edinburgh and pursue his cricket career.
He started playing club cricket and worked his way up the ladder, honing his skills and showcasing his unique style of play.
Munsey's dedication and hard work paid off when he made his T20I debut for Scotland in 2015 against Ireland.

Known for his revolutionary reverse sweep, Munsey quickly became a dominant force at the top of Scotland's T20I side.
He consistently disrupted opposition bowling attacks with his unorthodox shot selection.
