Sylhet Strikers, hailing from Bangladesh, are a prominent cricket team known for their vibrant presence in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The team was established in 2012, as one of the original franchises when the BPL kicked off. Over the years, the Sylhet Strikers have carved out a distinct identity in the league, though championship success has largely eluded them.

The team has been on a rollercoaster journey, filled with ups and downs. As with many sports teams, they’ve seen good years and disappointing ones, but they remain a cherished fixture in the competition. The fan culture here is rich with regional pride, and matches often feel like a festival, complete with drums, banners, and local folk tunes reverberating through the stands.
