Niranjan Shah bio

Niranjan Rasiklal Shah is a former Indian cricketer who represented his country in one Test match against Sri Lanka in 1989. A right-arm medium pace bowler and a right-handed batsman, Shah made his debut for India at the age of 22. While his international career was short-lived, Shah enjoyed a successful domestic career playing for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy. He was known for his accurate bowling and ability to swing the ball both ways. After retiring from cricket, Shah served as the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and was a prominent figure in Indian cricket administration.
